YES WE CAN
I saw this video on Fox 6 News this morning and thought it was kinda exciting. Too bad I'll miss the inauguration in Washington. I remember when I lived in Baltimore and I was in the Washington area for the inauguration of one of our former presidents. I'll bet the city is just beaming with excitement, you can just feel it!

It's not like The Mall isn't surrounded with public buildings, with indoor plumbing.
I shoulda made the trip.
